Number of Covid-19 patients at LUH increases

THERE has been a small rise in the number of Covid-19 patients at Letterkenny University Hospital.

There are now ten patients at LUH receiving treatment for Covid-19 – an increase of one from yesterday.

According to HSE figures, as of 8pm on Wednesday, there were also two suspected Covid-19 cases at LUH.

Two Covid-19 patients are undergoing critical care treatment at LUH.

There is one general bed available and one critical care bed vacant.
