Job Vacancy: Simple Simon’s Donegal Town have an opportunity for a Head Chef to join their team on a full-time basis.
We are recruiting for a dedicated Head Chef with experience, drive and ambition to manage the expansion to our existing business. This is a new restaurant, so a real chance for someone to put their stamp on our food offerings.
The successful candidate must have:
- Previous chef experience.
- Fully HACCP/ Food safety Management certified.
- Keen interest in food.
- Excellent management skills with a strong presence in the kitchen.
- Ability to maximise revenue, improve cost percentages and meet budget management.
