Councillor Jimmy Kavanagh has urged the local authority to examine providing wi-fi at Donegal’s beaches.
The Letterkenny councillor said he enjoyed a stroll on Rathmullan beach lately and was impressed by the availability of wi-fi on the beach.
The seaside village has been the go-to places for many people from across the county after lockdown restrictions were lifted last Monday.
Councillor Kavanagh said Donegal County Council should examine the possibility of providing more wi-fi for Donegal’s beaches.
“I think it is something we could look at as it would really add to the experience for people coming to our beaches,” he said.
