Irwin Expert in Letterkenny has a position for a sales assistant in their Electrical and IT Equipment department.
Responsibilities include:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Ascertain customer’s needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point of sale processes
• Be actively involved in the receiving of stock
• Accurately describe products features and benefits
• Keep up to date with product information
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Reconcile Till at the end of each shift in a correct manner
• Assist other departments/offices within the practice if required.
