A Go Fund Me campaign hopes to clean up in memory of a beloved young Donegal man.
Inishowen man Conor McMonagle would have turned 30 on March 8th next.
Now Whistler’s Dog Grooming service based in Quigley’s Point want to remember Conor and also raise much-needed funds for Pieta House.
The dog groomers will be holding a ‘Bath Day’ fundraiser in memory of Conor.
Whistlers will be donating a full day to bathing and freshening up short haired dogs, donating every cent to Pieta House Northwest.
Pieta House provide a free, professional one-to-one therapeutic service to people who are in suicidal distress, those who engage in self-harm, and those bereaved by suicide.
Conor’s 30th birthday would have been a big day in the McMonagle house and the family groomers are hoping to mark the special day by helping out the charity that is close to their hearts.
They are hoping these donations will make a difference to those in need of support, especially during the pandemic.
