THE St Michael’s GAA club has applied for planning permission for a new astro turf pitch.
An application has been lodged with Donegal County Council seeking permission for the construction of a new enclosed astroturf.
The application, submitted on behalf of the club by Liam McElhinney on February 10, provides for the new astro turf pitch, associated fencing, boundary walk, floodlighting and all other associated site works.
St Michael’s caters for players in the Creeslough-Dunfanaghy areas and their home at The Bridge, Dunfanaghy recently saw the addition of a modern clubhouse and dressing room building.
