Job Vacancy: Glebe Builders is one of the leading construction companies in the North West with a number of projects in operation nationwide.
The company is now recruiting for an Office Administrator.
Role Includes:
- General office administration, including email distribution, call taking and filing.
- Creating weekly holiday reports for management
- Internal document control
- PA Support to managing director
- General construction site administration.
- Collaboration of handover files (training will be provided)
- Weekly vetting of health and safety for subcontractors (training will be provided)
- Submission of suitability questionnaires (training will be provided)
Desirable but not required:
- Experience in construction administration
- Experience in Health and Safety
- Experience in suitability questionnaires
