DAMIAN Devaney will manage Ardara in 2021.
Although installed before Christmas, Devaney was officially confirmed at the club’s AGM, which was held remotely yesterday evening.
Devaney takes over from Adrian Brennan at Pearse Memorial Park.
Prior to his involvement with the Donegal ladies as joint manager with Maxi Curran in 2018, Devaney was the Donegal ladies team trainer in 2017.
He managed Na Rossa in 2015 and Sean MacCumhaills in 2016.
Ardara overcame Dungloe in a Donegal SFC relegation play-off in 2020.
Anthony Harkin – the team trainer when Donegal won their first All-Ireland in 1992 – will be the Ardara reserve team manager in 2021.
