One of Donegal’s most popular Chinese takeaways has been forced to closed for two weeks.
The Tin Tai at the bottom of Lower Main Street in Letterkenny, which is run by the Chan family, has been a hugely popular takeaway with locals over the years.
The restaurant even managed to continue trading as it battled Covid and continued to do a busy takeaway service despite having to close its sit-in restaurant.
Now the restaurant has said it unfortunately has to close as a staff member has tested positive for Covid-19.
A spokesperson said “From all the Chan family ad the staff we apologise and we will be back as soon as it is safe to do so.”
