DRUMKEEN Créche is seeking a financial administrator and a cook to join the staff.
Financial Administrator Required – Part time 15-20 hrs
Essential Experience
2-3 years experience in similar financial roll.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel to an intermediate level
Excellent attention to detail
Duties/ Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain bookkeeping
Monitor day-to-day financial operations
Monitor and update all Pobal/Pip returns to ensure funding is correct
Maintain the fees register while ensuring the timely collection and management of any debt.
Ensure all payroll returns are both accurate and timely, including revenue returns, and the reporting of absence through sickness and holidays
Undertake evaluation of DCCC with the Board of Directors to inform of future strategic planning in the service.
Support Creche Manager with administrative duties.
Salary is negotiable depending on Experience.

Duties/Responsibilities
Be fully conversant and comply with current up to date HACCP, Health & Safety, hygiene and fire & safety regulations & procedures.
Have experience of planning and costing of menus within allocated financial resources.
Prepare/cook/bake all food within required standards and according to company policy.
Help control stock & waste
Adhere to cleanliness rules & routines to prevent food spoilage & waste.
