Estate agents DNG Boyce Gallagher announced the news today.
The development site includes 2.21 hectares including 6,300 square feet of retail space and offering road frontage onto one of the busiest roads in the county.
The site is located next to a long-established residential area and is close to the IDA Business Parks, Pramerica and Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
The redevelopment of the brownfield site would be supported by the local Council for commercial, tourism/leisure and small scale retail units.
