CONDITIONAL permission has been granted for the development of a new amusement arcade in Ballybofey.
John McNulty sought permission for change of use to a premises at Main Street Ballybofey.
Mr McNulty applied for ‘a change of use from former bookmakers to amusement arcade and associated site works’.
Donegal County Council has granted permission for the development, subject to three conditions.
The development is to be ‘carried out strictly in accordance with lodged plans and details’.
Signage is to be in the Irish language only or where signage is bilingual, the Irish language shall be first and of an area, size and prominence that is at least equal to or greater than those of other languages.
The local authority also states that no signs, symbols or other means of advertisement shall be erected or posted on site without prior written agreement of the Planning Authority.
