SIX further Covid-19 related deaths have been confirmed by Northern Ireland’s Department of Health.
The six additional deaths take the region’s death toll to 621.
Another 820 Covid-19 infections were also confirmed. Some 7,056 people have tested positive in the last seven days in Northern Ireland.
Since the outbreak, there have been 27,220 positive cases.
In the last seven days, there have been 1,160 cases detected in the Derry City and Strabane District Council area.
There are 261 patients with Covid-19 in NI hospitals, 29 of whom are in intensive care settings.
