DONEGAL’S 14-day incidence rate of Covid-19 cases has gone up to over 178 per 100,000 population.
The county’s rate remains the highest in the country at 178.4,
In Dublin, the incidence rate is 148.7 and the next highest is Louth on 94.7.
The national average is 80.7.
There were 189 cases in Donegal in the previous seven days. Just over 23 per cent of Donegal’s 850 cases have been recorded in the last fortnight.
Donegal is under Level 3 restrictions since midnight on Friday with those measures to remain in place until at least October 16.
