A man has appeared in court after he threatened to kill a Garda at Letterkenny Garda station.
Shaun Strain of Ros Suilighe, Oldtown appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court.
Strain, 23, pleaded guilty to the charge.
The court was told that the threat was made to Garda Alan O’Mahony on February 20th, 2017.
The court was told that Strain was in the Garda station after a family situation blew out of control.
The case was adjourned and a probation report was ordered on Mr Strain.
