Two resourceful girls have used their summer holidays to help others with a unique idea.
Arranmore native Roisín Lynch and her cousin Marie Mc Donald from Wexford spent their holidays on the island making and selling face masks. Their mini social enterprise was a great success and they decided to donate part of the proceeds to the Arranmore RNLI.
Arranmore RNLI coxswain Jimmy Early was delighted to be presented with a donation from the project. Money raised will go towards supporting brave volunteers in their work saving lives at sea.
Well done girls.
