THE emergency services are at the scene of a road traffic accent on the main Letterkenny-Derry road.
The accident happened after 6pm near to the Church of Ireland at Newtowncunningham.
The N13 remains opened, but motorists are advised that delays are to be expected as Gardaí divert cars around the accident.
The fire service and ambulance, as well as Gardaí, are at the scene.
