Two Covid-19 cases added to Donegal’s total

THE total number of positive Covid-19 cases in Donegal has risen to 492.

Figures released by the Department of Health today show an increase of two cases.

This was the total figure as of midnight on Sunday.

At least one more case in Donegal was reported to the Health Protection Surveillance Centre today, which has yet to be added to the county-by-county tally.

Countrywide, there were 35 new cases reported today and one further Covid-19 death notified.

There have now been 1,773 deaths and 26,801 cases since the outbreak.

Of the cases notified today, six are in Carlow, five in Clare, and the remaining 24 cases are in Cork, Donegal, Dublin, Kildare, Laois, Limerick, Meath, Offaly, Tipperary and Wexford.
