Two bodyboarders who got into trouble off Rossnowlagh Beach were safely brought ashore yesterday afternoon.
The Bundoran RNLI was alerted after reports that the boarders were struggling in the water around 2pm.
The lifeboat, who received a call from Malin Head Coast Guard station, arrived on scene at 2.25pm.
A local lifeguard then informed the crew that the boarders had made it to safety.
