A WOMAN has been arrested in connection with a weekend robbery in Letterkenny.
An elderly couple, in their 70s, were treated in hospital after their house in Coolboy was targeted at around 7am on Sunday.
A sum of cash and some property were taken from the house.
The lone raider fled the scene, but Gardaí have confirmed that an arrest has been made.
A Garda spokesperson said: “A female in her 30s has been arrested in relation to this incident. Investigations ongoing.”
