A leading community care company in Donegal is seeking both seasoned carers and people that are looking to enter into the care profession to take up either part-time or full-time positions in Donegal.
Well-known care company, Bluebird Care, is seeking candidates for a number of positions including homecare workers.
Director Marty Kelly said “We have just come through an unprecedented time in healthcare and we are hopefully coming out the other side and looking forward to coming back to some sort of normality.
“Home care during the pandemic was an extremely safe way of delivering care with all of our clients remaining safe and free from Covid 19.
“We are recruiting experienced carers and people interested in a new career, we will train you and help you gain valuable experience with on the job training.
“So people can earn as they learn. We have different pay scales, with experienced carers starting at the top level of pay and new carers starting out will graduate to higher pay scales as they gain experience and qualifications.”
He added that unfortunately some people may have lost their jobs during the pandemic and are looking to come into a new growing sector.
Mr Kelly continued “Maybe you know someone that is suitable to care work then please let them know about this opportunity. Bluebird Care will assist with all training; arrange Garda Vetting etc, applicants should have their own transport and a full drivers licence.”
Carers are required with immediate starts in Ballyshannon, Donegal Town, Letterkenny and all areas of Innishowen
Bluebird Care also is recruiting RGN’s, RMs, RSCN’s or RNIDS preferably with experience caring for a child in Gweedore, Bunbeg, Dungloe, Ballyshannon, Donegal Town and Letterkenny areas.
