The current COVID-19 crisis has highlighted the critical need for appropriate and timely responses to the many challenges facing families that have emerged.
The Letterkenny Youth and Family Service is interested in gathering information on these COVID-19 related issues and responses.
The LYFS survey seeks to:
* Identify the issues and challenges now being faced by families
* Share these issues and challenges with statutory and non-statutory organisations to ensure appropriate responses
* Identify and articulate some future practice possibilities
* LYFS works closely with Donegal Parent Hub, Parenting Support Champions Project, Tusla’s Prevention, Partnership and Family Support Teams and Child and Family Support Networks.
The survey is for completion by parents (including friends and colleagues.)
All completed surveys (approx. 15mins to complete) will be entered in a draw for €100 Shopping Voucher
Surveys can be completed only once, but over a period of time if required as responses will be saved on the device until completed.
All survey responses are ANONYMOUS and we will not share any of your personal data provided as per LYFS Data Protection Policy
If you require a printed copy for yourself or for other parents please respond to this email with name and address (Including Eircode)- we will supply a Stamped Addressed Envelope for return.
