THERE have been 15 more deaths from Covid-19 conveyed to the Health Protection Surveillance Centre (HPSC).
The 15 additional deaths bring Ireland’s death toll to 1,533.
Health officials have been notified of 92 new confirmed cases of Covid-19.
The total number of confirmed cases since the outbreak has now passed 24,000. There have been a total of 24,048 positive cases of the coronavirus.
“Today is the first time we have seen the number of confirmed cases fall below 100 since mid-March,” said Dr Tony Holohan, Chief Medical Officer in the Department.
