PLANS by Prime Minister Boris Johnson to grant exemptions to passengers from Ireland are unlikely to be repeated here.
The Prime Minister will give passengers from both Ireland and France exemptions to the requirement to self-isolate for 14 days after arriving.
All other air travellers arriving in Britain will be asked to quarantine for 14 days.
However, reports this morning suggest that the arrangement won’t be reciprocated. These obligations do not apply to people traveling to and from Northern Ireland.
