THE Irish Cancer Society has put a call out looking for volunteer drivers.
The Irish Cancer Society is particularly seeking drivers in south Donegal.
The role of the volunteer driver is to transfer cancer patients from their homes to hospital to receive treatment and return home.
Applicants must have a full drivers licence and be available for a full day twice a month.
The locations are in Ballyshanon, Killybegs, Donegal Town and Bundoran and relate to patients undergoing treatment in both Sligo General Hospital and Letterkenny University Hospital.
