THREE more people have died in Ireland from Covid-19 – including one in the north-west region.
There have now been 22 Covid-19 related deaths in Ireland.
Health officials reported that an additional 302 positive cases have been confirmed, with the total now at 2,121.
One of the three deaths reported today was a person in the north west. The other two are said to be females from the east of the country.
This is the first Covid-19 related death in the north west since the outbreak of the virus.
On the island of Ireland, there have been 32 deaths and 2,396 positive cases of Covid-19 confirmed.
