Donegal Specsavers staff still here to help

The team at Specsavers in Donegal Town are committed to serving their community, despite the doors being closed.

The store at the Diamond may be closed to the public, but that doesn’t mean the customer service will stop.

As a health care provider, Specsavers always strive to deliver the highest clinical and hygiene standards. The store closed to the public this week in the interest of safety due to coronavirus.

But the Donegal Specsavers team understands that customers will continue to have queries and need products and expert advice on eye health and hearcare at this time.

All you have to do is call 0749742686 or call the Letterkenny store on 0749167040.

Donegal Town Store Owner Eddie Dolan said: “The doors are closed but someone will be there to discuss any queries and arrange postage or collection of glasses, contact lenses and hearing aid batteries.”

The emergency numbers for Letterkenny are 0894524304 and Donegal Town 0873657457.

Both stores will have staff there taking calls between 12pm and 3pm Mon-Fri.
