CORMAC Finn says that real belief has been driving the Donegal Under-20s towards Saturday’s Ulster final.
Donegal face Tyrone at St Tiernach’s Park, Clones on Saturday in the final (throw-in 3pm) and St Eunan’s dual star Finn can’t wait.
“This will be the biggest game I’ve ever played for the club,” he told Donegal Daily/Donegal Sport Hub.
“I’m really looking forward to it. The buzz is really building. The belief has been building after every game.”
Donegal defeated Monaghan on penalties in their quarter-final before carving out a narrow win over Down in the semi-final at The Loup. Finn says the team’s spirit has been driven by manager Shaun Paul Barrett.
He said: “We have resolve and a never-say-die attitude. That has been drummed into us by SP. Everyone is driving each other on. SP has instilled a real belief and everyone keeps battling when the chips are down.”
