THE FAI Primary Schools 5s Programme is up and running with the East Area Small Section finals taking place today at the Finn Valley Centre.
Twelve teams took part in an exciting day’s action with 120 children taking part.
A superb competition saw some brilliant matches taking place between the evenly-matched teams.
St Mary’s, Castlefin won the boys competition with Glencovitt NS winning the girls section.
Today saw the beginning of the competition in the East and the action continues across Donegal over the next month with a place in the national finals at the Aviva Stadium the dream for all the teams.
