LETTERKENNY man Dale Gorman made his full debut for Newport County last night.
Gorman played the 90 minutes as Newport drew 0-0 with Walsall at Rodney Parade.
Gorman is on loan at Newport from fellow League Two club Leyton Orient and the Letterkenny man was among three changes with Billy Waters and Otis Khan – also loan signings last month – included in the starting XI.
Gorman, who signed his first pro contract with Stevenage five years ago, has been capped at Under-21 level by Northern Ireland and has waited in the last couple of weeks for a first Newport appearance.
The former Letterkenny Rovers youth will hope to retain his spot on Saturday when Newport travel away to Mansfield.
