The Annual Mini-League got underway last weekend with the pairs playing greensomes and there were some great scores returned over the two days.
The best score of the weekend was returned by the uncle and nephew combination of Cormac and Martin Doherty who played some tremendous golf to shot 47 points.

In this form Cormac and Martin will be formidable opponents for any opposition in the later match play stages of the competition.
The Mini-League will continue for the next three weeks with the qualifying stages and then progress to the match play stages.
The format this weekend is 2 ball betterball and any pairs that didn’t get the opportunity to enter last weekend can do so this weekend as there will be plenty of opportunities to return scores over the coming weeks.
