A STRANORLAR native is helping to grow Gaelic Games in Japan.
Jodi Meenan has lived in Tokyo for several years now and is the Chairperson of Japan GAA.
The former Sean MacCumhaills player is looking forward to the Asian Gaelic Games, which take place in Kuala Lumpur at the start of November.
Japan is currently hosting the Rugby World Cup and Meenan was interviewed this week by Eoin Sheahan on Off The Ball.
“We have roughly 50 men, 30 are the usual active guys and 20 guys who come when they can and we have 30 ladies, mostly Japanese,” he said.
