EUROPEAN BRONZE medalist Carleigh Irving will travel to Germany next month for two internationals.
The Illies Golden Gloves woman has been confirmed on the Irish squad.
Ireland and Germany will clash in internationals to be held in Leipzig on October 4 and October 5.
In August, Irving won a bronze at the European Schoolboy/girl Championships in Georgia.
Irving defeated Turkey’s Pinar Ozkan in Tbilisi before losing out in a semi-final to England’s Jessica Keeton.
Irving will train with the Irish squad in Dublin tomorrow.
Earlier this year, Irving won the Irish Cadet 46kg title and in her Irish debut she defeated Lambo Mariagrazia from Italy.
