TERMON FINISHED with 13 men, but the Burn Road men recorded a vital win over Malin.

Termon lost Enda McCormick and Caolan McDaid, but their win means they now look likely to preserve their status in the Senior Championship.
McCormick saw red for dissent in the 22nd minute, but his side led 0-8 to 0-6 at the break.
Termon saw Shaun O’Donnell, Caolan McDaid, Christy Connaghan, Enda McCormick, Steve McElwaine, Aiden Sweeney and Nathan McElwaine were all on the mark for Termon in the opening chapter.
Paul McLaughlin was the chief scorer as Malin kept Termon in close reach.
However, Termon hit four points at the start of the second half, two of them by Steve McElwaine and one each from Christy Connaghan and Aiden Sweeney, to move into command.
Malin, though, just wouldn’t go away and points by Damian Harkin, Josh Conlan and Paul McLaughlin kept them alive.
Four minutes from the end, Malin were right back in it, when Paul McLaughlin fired to the net and Malin were just a point down.
Anthony Grant and Christy Connaghan hit late points to make safe the win for Termon.
Termon had Caolan McDaid sent off on a second yellow, while Malin substitute Benny McLaughlin was also given his marching orders.
