Pay and display parking machines are expected to be added to Larkin’s Lane on Lower Main Street Letterkenny this December.
Parking issues in the area have been raised with the local council a number of times.

Business owners have expressed concern with people parking their cars on the lane all day and blocking spaces for customers.
Cllr Jimmy Kavanagh brought the matter to the council again this week and received a much-welcomed update that pay and display machines are in the process of being procured.
It is anticipated that the system will be in place and operational by December.
