LEAH GALLEN is toasting her fifth Irish title.

The Raphoe ABC star won the Irish U18 welterweight crown this evening in Dublin,

Gallen proved too strong for Kildare’s Mary Enright in the final at the National Stadium to collect her latest title.

Gallen took the prize on a 3-2 split decision, but the Donegal puncher was a more comfortable winner than the scorecards suggested.

Gallen will now be part of the Irish team that will go to the European Youth Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria in September.

Today’s was the second Irish title for Gallen in 2019 after winning the Girl 6 66kgs title earlier in the year.

Last year, Gallen was a bronze medalist at the European Junior Championships.
