Gardaí at Letterkenny Garda Station are appealing for witnesses after burglars ransacked a home near the Convent Road area on Saturday.
The incident happened in West Hill, at the top of Convent Road, between 3 pm and 8.30 pm.
The rear door was forced open and the intruder gained entry and ransacked the house.
It is unsure right now what property was stolen during the burglary.
