Thyme Out Café and Tea Rooms is going from strength-to-strength and has just opened its fourth location in Dunfanaghy.
This means you can now enjoy the Thyme Out experience in four venues across Donegal: Alcorn’s Letterkenny, the Castle Tearooms in Glenveagh National Park, The Eatery Restaurant at Glenveagh National Park Visitors’ Centre and now The Workhouse in Dunfanaghy.
Due to the expansion, the team is now looking to fill a number of full and part-time positions including pastry chefs, supervisors, kitchen porters and experienced service staff.
The full-time pastry chef will be based in the Castle Tearooms in Glenveagh National Park with day time hours and a salary of between €28 – €30k, depending on experience.
The suitable candidate should have excellent management skills, the ability to manage a kitchen team and stock control.

Thyme Out Café and Tea Rooms has become synonymous in Donegal with freshly baked breads, pies and pastries, serving a delicious range of homemade savoury and sweet dishes and freshly prepared salads. The group has also built a strong reputation with its outside catering service for small gatherings and corporate events.
The Workhouse in Dunfanaghy is open Saturdays and Sundays during May and will open daily from June.
The other Thyme Out venues are all open daily for the season and no booking is required.
