The ISPCA’s recent appeal to save an 8-week old puppy born in Donegal has concluded with a happy ending.
The Spaniel cross puppy, called Odhrán, is doing well and recovering after his cardiac surgery without any complication at UCD Veterinary Hospital and the veterinary team expect him to make a full recovery.
Speaking after the surgery, ISPCA Centre Manager Denise McCausland said: “We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who donated to help us with the surgery, and who sent so many positive messages and support for Odhrán.
“Thank you to the amazing staff at UCD Veterinary Hospital for performing the surgery and saving this puppy’s life.”
