Two drivers have been rushed to Sligo University Hospital this afternoon following a serious two-car accident in Laghy.
Garda confirmed that two people were airlifted by helicopter.
It is understood that the injuries are not life-threatening.
The collision happened in the middle of the village around Kee’s supermarket complex just before 1pm.
Traffic on the main road through Laghy was stopped for a short time but diversions are now in place.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
