Caolan Ward says Donegal’s young players have injected a fresh ‘buzz’ around the group this winter.
With a plethora of the more familiar names still absent, Donegal have made a perfect start to life in Division 2, with wins over Clare and Meath.

Last night, Donegal came with a late surge to see off Meath in Ballybofey.
“From a group point of view, there is a buzz around the camp,” Ward said.
“It gives us more spring going into training.
“We believe that we’re heading in the right direction. The younger players are getting a chance and are stepping it up. They’ll make it ten times harder for whoever is coming back in.”
