Gardai found a young Letterkenny man smoking a cannabis joint after spotting him acting suspiciously in a carpark.
Gardai noticed Caolan O’Donnell, of 1 Glendale Park, in a ‘secluded location’ at McGinley’s Car Park, Pearse Road, Letterkenny, at 7.10pm on December 23, 2017.
Gardai approached two males, one of whom was O’Donnell, and conducted a search as they detected a strong smell of cannabis.
A single cannabis joined was found on O’Donnell, who made full admission.
O’Donnell failed to appear at Letterkenny District Court and Judge Paul Kelly issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
