Clanree Hotel currently have an excellent opportunity for a full time Senior Receptionist to join our talented team.
We require candidates to have two years’ experience working in a Hotel Reception, a working knowledge of Reservation system Opera would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate must have fluent English, excellent communication skills, be motivated , enthusiastic and have a friendly and outgoing personality.
Main duties include,
- Assisting the Front Office Manager and the team with the smooth running of the reception,
- Work as part of a team but also be able to work on their own initiative.,
- Follow the day-to-day procedures of guest check-in and check-out,
- Deal with and resolve guest queries,
- Excellent organisational skills,
- The ability to handle cash efficiently.
- Balancing and handling of cash.
- Providing high level customer services, both face to face and over the phone.
- Upselling the hotel’s facilities.
