UPDATE: The She Said Club ‘Nourish to Flourish’ has been rescheduled to Saturday, 9th March 2019.
The She Said Club is delighted to bring their next event to Donegal, following the resounding success of their launch in Belfast.
Taking place on Saturday 9th March 2019 in the gorgeous Shandon Hotel, She Said Club: Nourish to Flourish will be an event full of inspiration, support and personal growth.
The day is about having fun, planning YOUR New Year’s resolutions to help organise YOUR goals and focus for 2019 and give you the essential top tips to help you prioritise self-care.
Guest speakers announced are two inspirational Donegal women in the fields of sport, health and business:
The Motivation Factory’s Nikki Bradley, the first woman to scale four of Ireland’s highest peaks on crutches, will be talking guests through her incredible journey and how she has overcome all the obstacles life has thrown at her.
Lorraine Boyce, Down Below Physio is a popular women’s health physiotherapist and advocate who will be talking about the importance of women’s health and how we can keep ourselves as fit and healthy ‘down below’ as possible.
She Said Club curator Naomh McElhatton said attendees have much to gain from the event: “The New Year is always the best time to refocus the mind and to get our goals in place, our event intends to get the guests re-energised and ready to take on 2019 with passion, ambition and determination.”
