Irish Water has warned residents in Mountcharles, Inver, Dunkineely, N56 and surrounding areas in Co. Donegal to be prepared for water shortages on December 4 through to December 5 due to essential repair works.
The works are also likely to cause traffic disruption and there will be a traffic management plan will be in place for the entire duration.
In a statement, Irish Water said: ‘Works are scheduled to take place from 7am on December 4 until 4am on December 5.
‘We recommend that you allow 2-3 hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return.’
