A new public defibrillator will be installed in Letterkenny after a group of local men agreed to go fresh-faced for the cause!
Around €5,000 was lifted in the fundraiser last night in the Dry Arch bar.
The defibrillator will be located at the Dry Arch Complex and will be a welcome addition to the community.
Due to the success of the shave, the surplus of funds will be split between the Letterkenny Food Bank amd the autism unit at Lurgybrack National School.
Barber Ridha Abdullah gave the chop to Aaron O’Connell, Joe Langan, Barry Patton, Damien O’Brien, Damien McCormick, Tomas Brogan, Aidan Crawford and William McKinney.
Donegal Daily/Donegal Sport Hub Sports Editor Chris McNulty, the manager of the Bonagee United senior ladies team, was also coaxed into the hot seat!
