“It feels like Christmas has come early!”
That’s the reaction from Ian Harkin – founder of Donegal’s Lottie Dolls – to the news that three toys from their range have made Amazon’s Top 50.
Muddy Puddles – the brand’s signature doll who sports a yellow raincoat and wellies in readiness for the outdoor play that the company endorses – even made the top spot: the number one doll on Amazon.
“It’s hugely rewarding to see that our toys – with their super-simple message extolling the benefits of fun, friendship and fresh-air – are making it on to so many Christmas wish-lists”, says Harkin whose company is based in the CoLab in Letterkenny.
“Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2018 were our most successful to date. And, after six years in business, I still feel privileged to know that children the world over will be opening and enjoying our dolls on Christmas morning.”
