Finn Harps’ Daragh Ellison is SSE Airtricity League U17 Player of the Year

Daragh Ellison has been named as the SSE Airtricity League U17 Player of the Year.

The Letterkenny student captained Finn Harps to the U17 League and Cup double. In the Mark Farren Cup final, Ellison scored a late penalty to defeat Cork City.

Harps subsequently beat Shamrock Rovers 3-0 to win the League final.

Ellison hit over ten goals for Harps this season from left-back.
