Diarmuid O’Brien cut a disappointed figure as he assessed the Inishowen League’s Oscar Traynor Trophy loss to Donegal League last night at Ballyare.
Defeat means Inishowen are playing catch-up now in a three-team group, but they face Sligo-Leitrim at home next.
“We have no complaints about the result.” O’Brien said.
“We didn’t play up to scratch. We were very poor in the first half, we made a lot of bad decisions. It just didn’t happen for us on the night.”
