Naomh Brid defeated Cloughaneely last night as Henry Duignan’s goal helped them to a four-point win that helped sent the Falcarragh side spiralling out of the Intermediate Championship.

Duignan’s goal had Naomh Brid five points up by the break. Duignan finished after Gary McCafferty’s shot dropped short.
McCafferty himself went close late in the first half.
Early in part two, Ross Gallagher and Callum Gallagher stretched the lead for Naomh Brid.
Cloughaneely did stage something of a mini revival, but Naomh Brid advanced to the last eight with Cloughaneely ultimately making their exit.
